Chris Epps was the service rep I had today, and he was fantastic. Got everything taken care of with my car. Miya Hill at the check out was also wonderful - she ensured that all the paper work was completely in a timely manner - and lastly thank you to the gentlemen (Michael I think) who brought my loaner car - he made sure that the heat was on since it has been so cold in Atlanta!!
